Lynne Bairstow
Lynne brings a unique combination of experience from traditional finance and the startup world. After beginning her career on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, she moved to Mexico, where she has lived for over 20 years. Since founding MITA Ventures in 2012, she has been a driving force in early-stage tech innovation and investment in Mexico and Latin America. She continues to serve as a mentor in the Google Launchpad for Startups LatAm, supporting founders across the region.
Lynne is a partner in Base Layer Advisors, a consultancy that connects investors with opportunities in Bitcoin companies and Bitcoin-focused venture capital funds. She is a co-founder of La Casa de Satoshi Bitcoin and freedom-tech hub in Mexico City. As co-host of the Build With Bitcoin podcast since April 2024, she has conducted interviews with over 70 industry leaders exploring Bitcoin as a transformative technology protocol.

Israel Muñoz
Israel brings analytical rigor from traditional capital markets and hands-on entrepreneurship in Bitcoin and emerging technologies. With a foundation in economics and mathematics (B.S. in Mathematical Economics with a minor in Actuarial Science from the University of St. Thomas, and Master of International Affairs from UC San Diego), he co-founded Red Envelope International in 2014, pioneering Bitcoin as a liquidation engine for cross-border remittances between Brazil, Mexico, and China to enable cheaper, faster transfers.
His career includes managing a $300M real estate portfolio at Quez Capital; launching 500 Global's Miami accelerator, vetting 200+ U.S. and LatAm startups; serving as a Series 7-licensed Registered Representative at Avenue Securities; and driving revenue growth as SWIFT's Regional Manager for Business Development in Mexico, Central America, and Brazil.
Since April 2024, Israel co-founded Build With Bitcoin with Lynne Bairstow—a podcast and advisory firm connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders on Bitcoin's revolutionary protocol.
